Introduction

These Terms govern your use of stocknomi.com and purchases made through Stocknomi, operated by Guangzhou Yichuan Automation Technology Co., Ltd.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Agreement to these Terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising tracking or other processing for which separate consent is required.

Website Use

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering or requesting assistance.

You must not engage in fraud, infringe another person's rights, compromise website security, introduce malicious code, seek unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of our services.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or our business, subject to applicable law.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, and specifications.

Appearance may vary with lighting, photography, screen settings, natural materials, or handmade characteristics. Such variations do not remove your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Please review the particular product's intended use, dimensions, care requirements, installation instructions, and any stated load limits before purchase. Water resistance, outdoor suitability, and washing instructions are product-specific.

We may update descriptions or discontinue products, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the website or at checkout. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be disclosed as required.

We may change prices or promotions before accepting an order. Changes will not ordinarily affect an accepted order, except where correction of an obvious error is permitted by law.

If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or other government charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, these are the customer's responsibility under the terms presented for the order.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, obvious pricing or listing errors, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Please check your selected products, delivery address, and contact information before submitting an order.

Payment

Payment must be made through an available checkout method. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, and verification requirements. We may delay or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorized or additional verification is reasonably necessary.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For eligible standard shipping within the contiguous United States, orders below US$79.00 incur a US$6.99 shipping fee. Orders of US$79.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

The total estimated delivery period is 7–15 business days from successful payment confirmation, including processing and transit. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Other destinations may have different rates or restrictions as displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Tracking information is provided when available.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. Further conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving an order.

Products must meet the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy, including being unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging and components where reasonably available.

Used or washed products intended for food contact may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons where permitted by law. These conditions do not remove rights concerning defects, damage, misdescription, or incorrect supply.

For change-of-mind returns, customers generally pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

We aim to initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Payment providers may require additional time. Mandatory shorter refund deadlines remain applicable.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation or modification. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before processing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once either has begun.

Dispatched products may be returned under the applicable return conditions and consumer protection laws.

Product Warranties

Express product warranties apply as described in the product information and our Warranty Policy. A two-year commercial warranty applies only to products expressly sold with that commitment and begins upon receipt.

Nothing in these Terms excludes applicable product warranties, statutory guarantees, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility rules, validity periods, product restrictions, and other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. We may correct promotional errors, prevent misuse, or discontinue promotions, subject to their specific terms, existing obligations, and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Website content is owned by or licensed to Stocknomi or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use it for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.

Customer Submissions

You must have the necessary rights to any reviews, photographs, comments, or other content you submit. Submissions must not be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

Voluntarily submitted feedback may be used for operating and improving our services, subject to applicable law and any additional consent or agreement required for the intended use.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not provide fraudulent information, misuse payment or promotional systems, abuse return procedures, compromise website functionality, or extract website content through unauthorized automated methods.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Payment, shipping, and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not control their independent operations, but this does not exclude any responsibility imposed on us by applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Liability relating to products, orders, payments, shipping, refunds, and services remains subject to applicable law. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful website use, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

Suspension and Disputes

Access may be restricted to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations. Accrued rights and obligations under accepted orders remain unaffected.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can seek a resolution. This does not prevent you from using any legally available complaint procedure or bringing proceedings before a court with jurisdiction.

Applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined under the relevant legal rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections available to them.
